Year 2018 ended in a blink of an eye and the new academic year 2019 started after the arrival of the teachers and staff from their two months winter holidays. Two days orientation program for teachers were organized to enlighten the teachers about the EDC minutes 2018, MDC minutes and the action plans to be taken in the new academic year 2019.
The first day included a session with the school Assistant Headmistress Mrs. Tenzin Dolma La. She addressed the teachers by throwing some lights on the EDC minutes to let the teachers know the action plans they need to take and have a mindset about them. In that meeting she inspired and motivated the teachers to take their responsibility of teaching the students with full dedication and sincerity. That was followed by handing over the class list and the class time table to the class teachers.
The first day concluded with the subject committee meeting where the teachers thoroughly discussed about Leadership Development, Academic Proposal and PTA Meeting.
The second day of the orientation began with the welcome speech by the school Principal Mr. Passang Tsering La. He stressed on the EDC and the MDC minutes followed by the school headmaster Mr. Karma Tashi La addressing the teachers about the action plans they need to take in the year 2019. The day ended with the subject committee meeting revising the discussions the teachers had on Leadership Development, Academic proposal and PTA meeting.
