You are required to create a complete database project using MS-Access on any topic of your choice. Your project must be original and follow all the instructions given below.

Project Requirements
1. Choose Any One Theme for Your Database
Examples (you may choose your own):
School Library Management
Student Information System
Hospital Patient Records
Shop Inventory Management
Sports Club Membership
Hotel Booking System
2. Your Database Must Include:
- Minimum of two Tables
- Each table must contain:
- Appropriate field names
- Correct data types
- A primary key
- At least 20 records in total across the database (more is allowed)
3. At Least Two Queries
- Your queries may include:
- Sorting
- Filtering
- Searching
- Calculations
- Multi-table query (using relationships)
4. At Least One Report
- Your report must be generated using the Report Wizard or designed manually, based on one of your queries or tables.
5. Documentation / Hardcopy Requirements
- Your printed hardcopy must include the following:

- Your name, class, section, roll number
- School name
- Introduction
- Brief description of the database topic you selected
- Purpose of the database
